My agency told me that my file was picked up from PGN on Friday, 1/25. The only reason for the kick out was the lack of PA. So as soon as we get the Certificate of Registration our file can be resubmitted with the PA. But will the certificates be issued anytime soon? No one knows for sure. The CA said they would start issuing them tomorrow. The Guatadopt team said not to hold our breathe. Hmmmm...guess we'll have to wait and see if anyone gets one tomorrow!
