The Guatemalan Congress is convening today to vote on the final version of the Ortega Law. Will they have enough congressmen (80) to take the vote? Will it include a strong grandfather clause? No one knows for sure. Rumors are rampant. Rumors like they will only grandfather those cases that are in PGN by 12/31/07.
Please pray for all the in process cases and all the children of Guatemala today.
