So in my last post I stated that JCICS was given a statement by President Berger's administration, but they didn't publish it because "Unfortunately, the statement falls
short of supporting the best interest of the children whose adoptions are currently in process." Well JCICS published it today. Here's the link...

I don't like #4 and I REALLY don't like #5!! Hopefully the Guat Congress will do what's right and approve the grandfather clause next month no matter what Berger says!!

I'm wondering about #5, it does say with amendments..could that be the amendment that says adoptions in progress can proceed?
I'm crossing everything I can that is it!
