UPDATE: Anabela Morfin and Marvin Rabanales resigned to the CNA, according to what they stated in a press conference held this afternoon. Hilda Trujillo, who was appointed as stand in for the director appointed by the Supreme Court also resigned out of loyalty to Morfin and Rabanales. Their resignation clears the path to the Colom appointed directors, Marilys Barrients de Estrada and Elizabeth Hernandez de Larios, to start working and therefore, the money required for the implementation of the CNA will be released.
So, in English, this means that the old members are officially out of the picture and the new members (appointed by Colom the new president) are in. Hopefully the money will now be released by the government and the CA can get to work on issuing those certificates of registration. Maybe next week?!
In Ava news, I heard from her foster mother the other day. She said that Ava is doing very well and that she is a beautiful baby and is smiling all the time. Only 9 more days until we hold her again!!
